As their fans eagerly await the November 13th release of what could possibly be their fifth and last album, the boys of One Direction and their team have decided to release Infinity – a track available for immediate download to anyone who pre-orders the epic 17 track Made In The A.M. album and Spotify streaming.
Infinity is quite a nice, string and synth-layered pop/rock romantic tune which once again reaffirms that the boys are fine and even better than ever post the highly publicized Malik exit. Helmed by the same team behind Story Of My Life, the new track continues the rock-tinged, stadium sized anthem vibe One Direction has been trying to master for a few years now as their music continue to mature and evolve, which let’s face it – did not really suit Zayn Malik’s style anyway. So it’s a win-win situation at the end of the day. #checkitout
How many nights does it take to count the stars / That’s the time it takes to fix my heart / Oh, baby, I was there for you / All I ever wanted was the truth / How many nights have you wished someone would stay / Lie awake only hoping they’re OK / I never counted all of mine / If I tried, I know it would feel like infinity
